HOW DO I GET STARTED?
To use the app, you need to be a customer with an individual or a workplace pension plan, and registered on our secure online service.
If you haven’t already registered for online service, visit: www.royallondon.com/register. You’ll need your plan number to hand – you can find it on your welcome letter and annual statement.
Once you’ve registered, you can login to the app using your online service login details. If you’re taking a regular income from your pension savings, unfortunately you won’t be able to see your pension using our app.
WHAT CAN I SEE ON THE APP?
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see:
• What your pension savings are worth now
• Your contributions, including what the tax man pays in and any employer contributions
• How your savings are performing, any charges you’ve paid and any ProfitShare we may have awarded
• What your pension savings could be worth when you retire
Remember that investment returns are never guaranteed. So while your savings could grow, their value can also go down. This means you couldget back less than you put in.We’ll be enhancing and developing our mobile app to add more useful features. So look out for future developments coming soon.
